JKSM Offroad ships to all locations within Australia, including major cities, regional areas, and remote locations.

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods for our customers:

a. Standard Shipping: This shipping method is available for all orders within Australia. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with metropolitan areas taking 3-5 business days and regional areas taking 5-10 business days. Standard shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD. For orders below $150 AUD, a flat rate of $15 AUD will apply.

b. Express Shipping: This shipping method is available for orders within Australia and ensures faster delivery. Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas and 3-5 business days for regional areas. The cost for express shipping is $25 AUD for all orders, regardless of order value.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that order processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to high order volumes. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  1. Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the 'Order Notes' section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee that all instructions can be followed by the courier.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

In the case of an undeliverable package due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package from the courier, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and to collect their package in a timely manner.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer support team at support@jksm.com.au. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

  1. International Shipping

At this time, JKSM Offroad does not offer international shipping from our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
